Even though I have never been there i have studied scientology because I was interested at what it was (not that i support it, its like learning about a war). As I learned more about it and looked deep within the storyline of history I realised this religon is false and wrong to think as a group of holy scholars that show the way of life.
And we of the church believe that the laws of God forbid man to: destroy his own kind, to destroy the sanity of another, to destroy or enslave another's soul, to destroy or reduce the survival of one's companions or one's group.

As an ex-Scientologist, I can tell you that the primary purpose of the "Org" is to make money. Once you are hooked in, they try to recruit you into their org to become another money making pawn. Somewhere down the list of priorities is the act of actually helping others. Back in the 80's, I was a young lost soul like many others, looking for answers to my unhappiness. I saw the commercial for the Dianetics book, read the book, and went to the church to get some therapy outlined in the book. After a small handful of very expensive "treatments", I was broke. That's when they put me to work (with no pay) for them. I finally came to my senses and left. It was a learning experience for sure!
And that no agency less than God has the power to suspend or set aside these rights, overtly or covertly.
