Look, race shouldn't play in to this but for the entire week I'd been attending this trial I'd noticed the bad manners, rude communication and condescending attitudes were MOST prevalent with the black employees. from the judge, to the prosecuting attorney and the black bailiff the sense of racism from them to whites was obvious and disgusting. Don't talk equality and white racism when the playing field is MORE than level and you perpetuate ignorance and obvious distain towards others of different races and backgrounds.

Impressions are made at the front door. It seems there is a certain element that choses to work for the county systems IE courts and officers. They seem to apply for these jobs in an effort to make up for some shortcomings in their lives.
We entered court #5370 Monday 11-20-17 for the closing arguments in a high profile case. When we entered the bailiff again a black man greeted us with yet another attitude of condescension as if we were something less than he and was rude form the get go...whats the deal with the black county cops in Charlotte I was asked by one of my guest...not sure. We entered quietly, sat down and my guest VERY quietly leaned over, asked me who the guy speaking was to which I VERY quietly replied the defense lawyer. The bailiff angrily approached us and in a very rude and aggressive tone says NO TALKING to which we said sorry and then he says I SAID NO TALKING...geez, I was being polite. Within minutes they showed a slide, if you've ever been to a trail...and I hadn't...they have screens on the desks of the jurors and lawyer to see items entered as evidence...I saw my guest put on his glasses, leaned in and squinting trying to see what it said on the screen on one of the desk, I tapped him, pointed to the back wall to show him there was a better more visible screen on the wall for the family and friends to see...the bailiff whose mental electrons obviously work at a much slower pace then MOST of the lowest IQ county employees stomps over like a pissed off mother, leans over and tells me I told you to stop talking you must leave the court. I got up, quietly walked with him and once at the door he as if I we're some low life sagging pants thug treated me as poorly as I'd ever been treated. Hoping he had the ability to communicate with me ( I know that in itself was a HUGE assumption and KNEW I was going to be wrong in my quick assessment yet I tried) I asked him why he threw me out, he angrily said I told you to to talk, I replied I didn't speak, I pointed to the screen, he said no pointing either...HUH???!?! Seriously I said, I didn't talk now you throw me out and after the fact say no pointing either. Don't you think what you're doing is out of line and unnecessary? HE OBVIOUSLY was beat as a kid and had his head stuck in the toilets any school a LOT! He REALLY had an axe to grind.
The judge legally kidnap 4 children from me a sober working mom with 3 bedroom home I pray for them when they meet our lord and Savior. Families get torn apart it's not right .
Sad day when you lose respect for certain groups due to the overwhelming display of rude and unnecessary behavior from certain public officials.
Continued from previous post....Charlotte county needs to get these overbearing smartasses of the force and clean house of the condescension towards us, the tax payers whose taxes are used to pay their salaries. Look, for the k,ost part they are some decent officers and they do a great service, I appreciate the responders but have little to no respect for narcissistic officers who think there little metal badges are a license to be rude, meanspirited, lack common sense and don't have the ability to interact with the public with the proper respect they ask for from those of us who aren't thugs, drug dealers, criminals and are instead just average employed, well meaning citizens who USED to have a deeper level of respect for the and their jobs.
From the second we entered the front door the condescension in the attitudes of the county officers was disappointing. There's no need to be rude to strangers, theres no need to be a smartass but that didn't stop some of the officers at the security...and I wasn't the one causing the small issue but one of the people with me forgot he had a 1" pocket knife which he quickly apologized for and took back to his car yet when he returned the smart ass black female cop had to be a BIGGER smart ass. Yet when he replied in a polite humorous way in an effort to defuse her both black officers (not the 2 white guy) QUICKLY joined in on the berating...not necessary but a pattern was exposing itself.
The past days at the Charlotte Neck Courthouse has reduced my level of respect for them and has opened my eyes to the obvious racism from blacks to others on the force.
I was told by the secretary I could fax in expired registration. I did it 15 days ago, only 2 days after receiving a ticket. I have call and left several messages and no one has called me back to confirm they received the fax. I tried to do the online dismissal but it says it's less than 7 days til my court date even though it was still two weeks away?!? Now no one is answering the phone at all. It would be nice to go and personally take care of this today, since I'm off work, but looks like I will have to miss work. What really sucks is that this ticket is for a vehicle that's not even in my name.
