We've used Jumpin Jacks many times for school events and special days for over 600 children. Our students and staff have immensely enjoyed the variety of equipment and fun snack machines. The delivery people and workers have always been so kind and encouraging to our students. They also deliver and set up without any disruption to our campus routine. We are provided with good rates that always fit within our tight, frugal budgets. We have already booked dates for mid and end of year celebrations this year and can't wait for the fun to begin!

From start to finish, your staff was nothing but professional. Their suggestions as to what size bounce house was needed, down to the delivery, set up and removal far exceeded our expectations. Wow, what a great experience. Sales and service was great and professional. Bounce house was very clean and looked great. Kids just absolutely bounced their crazy's out. Will use them again for our next birthday party or other special event. Would definitely recommend Jumpin' Jack's.
While attending a birthday party where Jumpin' Jacks provided the Toxic Meltdown game and a trained staff member to run it, my child suffered a broken bone. The first time I contacted Jumpin' Jacks, I did not leave a message and the salesperson immediately returned my call. He gave me the owner's name and cell phone number. Numerous attempts to contact Mr. Tiffany via cell phone and email to inquire about the company's liability insurance have produced no response. Many of these inflatable companies clearly post on their home pages that they are bonded and insured. Accidents do happen and thankfully it was only a broken bone, but I'd be wary of doing business with this company.
