Why is it that a 24 hour gas station is closed???
Nice location. Always has gas, pumps are always working, and polite staff inside. Never too busy and easy in/out.
Unbelievably atrocious and pathetic customer service. They think nothing of talking to one of their friends on the phone while they try to render service to a customer. The staff is also belligerent .
Terrible gas station. They will follow you around as if you were trying to steal something. I was picking up snacks for game night at the house when they kept following me down every isle and then tried to get me to put the items I picked out up front. Seriously? Nah, I think I can hold them, maybe I will change my mind. Pathetic customer service. Hope the ownership changes hands to someone who actually cares about their business and the impact their rudeness causes.
Customer service here is an absolute joke! Every interaction I have with their staff is pathetic! They'll follow you around the store as if they think you're going to steal everything on the shelves. They hike prices on everything as well. You can go down the street and get everything cheaper. Avoid at all costs!!!
