Set up an appointment for a quote. Gary came over the same week and looked at our project...two months later I’m yet to hear back with the quote. Needless to say, we will not be pursuing our remodel with this company.
Scheduled an appointment for a quote on a remodel project. Should have known when I didn't get a call back when I was told, but I scheduled anyway. Called twice the morning of the scheduled appointment and got their answering service, during business hours. They failed to show for the appointment, so I called again, got their answering service yet again. No one ever called back to advise why they missed or to offer an apology. Complete waste of time.
