This place is the BEST! I have only been twice but each time I feel welcomed by the staff! They motivate you the whole class and don't pressure you to do more than you are capable of doing. I can't wait until my next class!

I have never wanted to really work out regularly until I started coming here! The staff is friendly and genuinely care about you. The place is easy to find and very clean. They offer multiple class times and will help modify moves if you need it. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great start, no matter your age or weight. I just signed up for a year membership and am looking forward to learning and growing with everyone!
iLoveKickboxing changed my life. The staff are so awesome and motivating and the workout has made me lose 10 pounds already. It's honestly the highlight of my day. Can't recommend it enough!!!
I love iloveKickboxing! I receive a thorough work out every class I attend. The instructors are engaging and refer to each of their students by name. They are not pushy but encourage individuals to challenge themselves. I most enjoy hitting and kicking the bag with my stylish pink gloves.
