This review is for the WiFi connection at this particular branch. I don't know what the issue is at THIS branch...but the wifi is painfully slow. Speedtest isn't even registering .08 Mbps and this has been the case multiple times I've been here. I have to end up using my cellphone connection as a hotspot. The wifi speed isn't particularly fast at the other branches, but it is at least usable. Not the case at the Sugar Creek Branch. Wifi slower than dial-up.
No complaints, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Cleainess in the restroom and entire building excellent. I really enjoy the quiet environment
This library is very little, and story time for kids is boring :) I would recommend to choose other branch. Plaza Midwood branch is much better than this one. Although the staff is friendly and really helpful
I feel like this library is corrupt...I turned in one of my books before it was due then check online to find that it says "overdue" and that I never turned it in. And that I'd have to pay a fee. I go to the library and find the EXACT book with the same barcode in the shelves. Wtf?? same thing with some other dvds that I've turned in. They said that I lost them when I KNOW I turned them in. They need to get it together cause now I'm suppose to pay fees for the books/dvds that I "lost" when I clearly turned in. Don't feel comfortable coming to this library at all.
