Gee, call in for an APPT first to avoid 3rd floor puzzle locating elevator. This is a mobile lock and key. You'll find out only when you've navigated the third floor access labyrinth, and find the BIG sign on their locked office door stating Closed, by APPT only!!Good luck with that.
