We paid for a V.I.P table to have a good time. Unfortunately, security and club staff let one section have unauthorized guest which caused a fight with another section. Bottles and a fire extinguisher was thrown. We had no where to duck for safety. My boyfriend was hit and head busted open. Manager did nothing at all. We weren't apart of the fight but was treated poorly. NEVER would I visit Oakroom again. No responsibility was taken tonight.
In town on a work assignment and looked up clubs and thought I would stop here and see how it is.... couldn't get in cause I had on basketball shoes. .. if you going to turn people around for shoes and boots you should have a dress code on your page ... waste of time coming here
Great vibes, clean place. Drinks are kind of overpriced and extra sweet, but I would stop in again with my friends.

I attended your establishment tonight in hopes of celebrating my birthday. I purchased a table and alcohol with the perception that this was a reputable place of business that put the safety of its patrons first. I have never been more disappointed and disrespected. A member of my party was wounded and had to seek medical attention! He was not provided the necessary amount of urgency required. What is worse is the issue that escalated had nothing to do with my guest however my guest were casualties. The "security" that you all employed were highly insensitive to the situation at hand. Another patron that was not a part of my group was allowed to aggressively place his hands on me as we were leaving and nothing was done to address the manic situation at hand. I would like to have a member of management and ownership reach out to me personally to provide me with a resolution. If I do not hear from anyone I will be taking the necessary legal action. As an establishment you are liable for the safety of your patrons.
