Very, VERY RUDE & unfriendly. Natalie (or Natalia) was the ONLY helpful & respectful person. Horrible experience. I wish I could get textbooks elsewhere b/c I wouldn’t spend a dollar or a dime there. Treated horribly. I’d give 0 Stars if I could.
I don't have that kind of money to throw around and waste. Barely give you anything for book buyback either for most books. Don't let them rip you off.
Friendly and helpful staff. But honestly in my opinion, the purpose of the bookstore is suppose to help you save as much money as you can for the textbooks that you need for the class. They may have some decent rental prices but I wouldn't recommend buying books there. Not spend hundreds of dollars just because they say its required when you look online through their website especially in new condition. We are already spending a lot of money on tuition (especially those who don't have much or any financial aid) and on top of that other expenses out of school. Why rip us off when a lot of us are on budget and need to save as much as possible?
You'd think when about to drop hundreds of dollars the customer service would be better or even a little less rude. Very frustrating especially as a returning student to be treated so degrading or with unnecessary attitude. I highly recommend talking to someone other than the elderly woman who "helps" find your books/access codes at Levine.
Like this store. Always go there when I take my daughter for school supplies.
