My now favorite freshwater fish store. If I don't feel like ordering online I go here, they have really good prices for really high quality fish compared to other stores like Pet Co and Pet smart. Locally owned and staff are super friendly and will help you find whatever you need. Check it out.
Every fish we purchased died. My pH is good and I adjust accordingly. This is our fourth visit at Pet supplies and will be our last. Nice people and good return policy. But the fish don't last. Going back to Walmart and get fish.
People are very friendly, however I just had a very sad experience. I have bought 2 fish from here. One has died and the other one is following the same symptoms. I asked if we could just bring him back so they can help him live. I don't care about a refund, I care about his little life... I explained that. I was told they would not take him back even if it was to bring his health back and resell. Very disappointed that compassion for another living life is nonexistent here. I will not return.
It's the second location I've been to other than the one in concord, the people are super friendly, actually check up on you, I love seeing what's new on sale whenever I go. They have decent prices on great dog food and a million toys and chews and dog supplies galore. Honestly think there's more variety and slightly better pricing here than the bigger main dog stores. Great experience, one person even helped me take stuff to my car! In the Rain! Fabulous!
