Called and was told to hold on a second so they could check on my package. Was on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. It was towards the end of the day - so they probably just didn't want to help me and put me on hold until the clock hit 5:00 and then left. So annoying.
Took them 30 days to verify my address for a po box. After 4 attempts, several phone calls (including one that a Ron had me on hold for 15 minutes until I decided to hang up & call back) later I finally got my address verified. Not sure what's going on with the hired people there, but I know lots of people that would love to have a job & receive their pay! Hopefully this is my last direct encounter with this location
I just called as I have never been to this location. the woman was nice. I asked her about dropping off packages. She said you may drop them off as long as they already have the postage on them.
I have needed help in forwarding and holding our mail as we have been in and out of town. This station has ALWAYS been very helpful on the phone and in person when I have stopped by. The carriers that work out of this station have also been helpful.
