I applied last week. Paid my 70 dollar application fee. Never did I receive a phone call. So today, 6 days later my fiance called them back while as I was at work. They told her my application was denied. No phone call or anything. We had to contact them. A 24hr application process and they couldn't call back. Not only that. The information they got from Verirent is inaccurate. But they claim they are better than other agencies. This is why big companies don't use them cause they grab all kinds of irrelevant information. Things that can literally destroy someones character. It said I owed rent from a past resident. I have never had judgment against me for unpaid rent. Never been evicted. They also said I they could not rent to me cause I had a lot of traffic issues. On the application they it says no serious criminal issues. i don't know how serious traffic violations are compared to felonies, but I had lawyers for these violations which I never had to plead guilty. Verirent is garbage and this place is as crooked as the stereotype of people who live in mobile homes. I thought it might be different, cause it would have been convenient for me cause I could literally walk to work in 10 minutes saving gas. Save your money, please do! You will not get in unless they want you in. Another thing is my co worker called them, and they told him they had nothing available, yet they show us 2 available spots with more coming the next day. This is a scam artist business. Verirent is not Better Business Bureau Accredited. I plan on contacting Equal Housing Opportunity. So if your not white meth head don't bother applying, they have there token black status quo.

Thieves.................I never had to pull a race card on anybody. But... Even though there are some blacks that live here. All white Staff that I have seen. This place apparently doesn't welcome to many blacks even if they can afford it. I've called for days, weeks, months and months only to hear, "We won't have anything for available until 3 to 4 weeks." So... I decided to go back in person. They knew exactly who I was... What a surprise!!! There are about 3 to 4 units available to move in. I did my application,... Well over qualified, income wise... I was told that it takes 24 hours to process. I was called backed.... Seemed like 24 Minutes to hear, "Sorry but, your application wasn't approved". In other words--- We have decided to screw you over for a $70 non-refundable application fee, after being previously pre-approved months ago.
