The company was very helpful and attentive in rectifying the damage to my property and I would recommend this company to anybody travelling in the area!
Waiting to be picked from hospital with my sick daughter to be taken back to Ronald McDonald House and the driver calls to say he's going to be another 20 minutes, as I'm about to say ok thank you for letting me know...he says, rudely "its not like you have far to go" really?!? I was fine with waiting in the a/c, we were in no hurry to get somewhere. You'd think hmmm hospital pick up with note of ill child in the details you could be nice , even if you faked it for 2 seconds on the phone.
If I could give them less that a star I would. I called Saturday at 9 am to schedule a pick up for noon. I give them my name, address and got a rate. They tell me I will receive a call when a driver is on the way. Well noon rolls around and no phone call from the driver and no cab. So I call the dispatch office and they say that they don't have a reservation from me and they do not recall talking to me. No apology, effort to schedule a new pick up or anything. So I say thanks, now I am going to miss my flight and HE HANGS UP ON ME! I will never use their so called service again.
When I called dispatch I asked for a flat rate however the cab driver took it upon himself to charge me extra 10 dollars I was so furious ughhh never again!! The cab driver's information (15746 Damilo, Getu)
