I’ve had supplemental accounts with them for 22 years and used them for HELOC, Auto and savings. Always treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Much better rates than the “big box” banks despite my working for one. Highly recommend.
The people here are competent, thorough, helpful, and friendly. They've helped tremendously with financial advising, and have dealt with problems very quickly. This is a great branch, and on top of that, it's rare that I ever have to wait in line.
Overall it is a 1 star because if I were a John Smith, and not so ethnic looking with a very ethnic middle name I would likely have been approved with my credit score being well above the minimum and having excess income.
The underwriters for this institution deny qualified individuals based on race and other prohibited factors. It is very subjective and opinionated.
Though I will commend them for communicating their decision and re-decision promptly I loathe the fact that they allow such shallow individuals to make choices that negatively impact their 'customers'.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I have been trying to get a hold of a real person for WEEKS now after they cut off my card for a transaction they thought was fraud that I made in my hometown!!!! I HAVE NOT HAD ACCESS TO MY MONEY FOR WEEKS! I stay on hold with their automated voice message for hours at a time every single time! I switched from Bank of America to them because they don't have hidden fees but at least with BOA I could ALWAYS access my card and I could always get a hold of a representative! I hate leaving reviews like this because it can be detrimental to a business's reputation but this is the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received especially from people I entrust with my money!!!!!!
