Also...I have always asked to have Splenda and half & half in my coffee. Come to find out they don't have any half & half. I found out because I personally like to pour my own half & half and put sugar in myself. This time they couldn't just say "ok" and just give me creamer. Very disappointed. Have never liked them adding Splenda and half & half to begin with. Now I know why it didn't come out the way I like. Won't be coming to this location again.
This was my go to spot for my coffee during the week ,but not any more! I can not express how disappointed I am that after going here almost daily for one reason or another coffee, donuts,hasbrowns just to name a few!! The Manager step to me at the register to inform me I wasn't going to be served here anymore because I complain about how my coffee is made and asked to have it remade , after they got it wrong a 2nd time I requested a refund! 1st I want to address how fast it adds up I my monthly budget how much I spend on DD coffee,2nd if certain STAFF doesn't know then you teach them, last we won't have to worry about it anymore because I DON'T WANT NOBODY MAKING MY COFFEE IF THEY DON'T WANT TO!!
I love them. Their coffee is perfect every time. Their staff is the best.
I am on the verge of finding another place to have my breakfast because there is ABSOLUTELY no reason that I have to be treated this way on a daily basis.
There is a Indian man that works the counter and he has no real personality and seems to go out of his way to humilate customers. I like to get large or xlarge frech vanilla with 2 creams. Depending on the size i get anywhere from 12-14 sugars in my cup. Every single time... EVERY FREAKING SINGLE TIME i go and order, he makes it a point to repeat the amount of sugar I want in my cup loudly and with a sneer. Normally I brood in silence but today he said it so loud and so many times that people in the dining area turned and looked at me. One woman even went to far as to tell me that was how I get high sugar. I think she meant Diabeates... I don't care about her. The woman who was making the coffee was standing right next to him but he felt the need to shout AGAIN that I wanted 12 sugars. Then I ordered a sausage croissant no egg no cheese double sausage. He repeated that loud at least four times saying "No egg? At all? NOt any cheese?" as if I were doing something wrong by not getting egg or cheese. I also asked that it not be toasted. He neglected to put that instruction down. I finally was free of this condescending jerk when I noticed that the older guy in the black polo shirt was putting my croissant in the toaster. I asked him was that for the double sausage no egg no cheese. He said yes. When I told him I hadn't wanted it toasted, he snatched it out of the toaster and and literally threw my bread on the prep counter.
Always packed (but still has parking) which speaks to the freshness and quality of their product! Fast and friendly customer service!
Would not recommend this location. On National Donut day they ran out of donuts and were not prepared to come through. Today I arrived and the seating area was very messy.
