This place still rude from this year
The customer service at this place is the worst! I purchased my loved ones date of death placard back in Oct of 2011. Thinking that it would be place by the anniversary of death in Nov. The person in the office assured me it would be.Well the anniversary came and went with no placard in place, not to mention that they failed to communicate with me why it wasn't in place. So in the 1st of Dec. I went up to the office to inquire to why my loved ones placard wasn't in place? This office couldn't even fine the work order! So after 40+ minutes of waiting, they finally produced the work order.(I believe they didn't even place the order) I was asked if they could call me back once they speak to the manufacturer of the placard. They did call me back stating that they were back ordered, but it would be in shortly? So it's now the first of the year and I still don't have my loved ones placard. So I called up to inquire yet again. This time the office manager gets on and tell me that her manufacturer was back order and trying to implement a new system, and this is why my loved ones placard wasn't in place. So I question being compensated for the troubles and issues to getting my loved ones finally marker in place. This person proceeds to let me know that she was just the middle man and she had preformed her job, and if I wanted compensation that I would have to speak to the manufacture. When I stated that I didn't place the order with them so why would they speak to me? She once again said she did her part placing the order, and she would ask for compensation, but I could speak with her manufacture.
If I know what I know now I wouldn't have recommended that my daughter put my grandson in this cemetery. They lied about the garden for the infants . The lawn mower mess up his head stone and wouldn't repair it, The vase is missing, they don't keep up the grounds and the the ladies work there is very rude.
The people at this place is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! It's a bunch of nasty women!!!
If I had known, what I know now. I would not have chosen this "garden".
They harass you at the cemetery as if you don't already know the 100+ rules and regulations they have in place. Which is ridiculous by the way...
This place is an unorganized mess. If this is your loved ones final resting place, Document, document, document, then stay on top of them because if you don't they will take your money and not provide you with a timely service. Please be warned!
The cemetery itself is not well kept. Most graves with vases are broken and laying on the ground which has probably been damaged by the groundkeepers mowing the grass. Yet they running around the cemetery harassing people who are there grieving.. Seriously? They have no compassionate at all!! Most graves are covered up with dirt and grass. Some are even faded...The roads are not paved, they have broken statues on the ground and it's no where to sit/benches...
Upgrade this cemetery if you're going to have a bunch of ridiculous rules!!
I will NEVER do business here!!!!!
