I purchased a suit for my son and had left it for some alterations. We went back to pick up the suit and asked my son to try on the suit and he did and we put it back in the bag and left the store. A salesperson (Rob) waited until we got out of the store and was extremely nasty and accused me of stealing the suit. He never asked me for my receipt and I explained to him that we purchased the suite and I had my receipt. He kept asking about a ticket I had not idea what he was talking about. He finally called the young lady that gave my son his suit to confirm we purchased it and when he reached her he gave me the suit back and threw my receipt at me. I called the store manager when I got out of the store and he was defended because of theft from the store. Unfortunately as a customer I have no idea who is stealing from the store and why. I love the suits for men at the store however I will never purchase anything else from that store.
Has a decent selection. Prices are okay but you can usually find better prices and better quality clothing online.
Decent price but always a horrible experience. Always feels like the DMV. No one willing to help at checkout. 4 people helping one person whole the rest of us stand there. Then get skipped by a person that walks in the door. I have walked out without purchasing twice now...not going back.
I have been here only twice. The first time was to buy something second time was to return it. Both times I stood in line FOREVER. When returning something I was waiting at the register and was completely ignored by a manager. I will never shop there again.
I use to like K&G until today. Went in with my 6 year old son in the women's side to try on his suit and the associate told me that he couldn't be in there. Advised for him to come out and waiting until he actually left the dressing room. It's crazy! I can see if my son was looking into other dress rooms but was not. I will never visit again! Horrible customer service.
