My experience at Different by Design has been nothing but amazing. I've been here twice now in search of people who knew how to take care of my natural hair and I've been more than pleased with each visit. My first visit was with Ashley and my second with Keisha. You can't go wrong with either woman, or anyone here for that matter. They're well informed and truly care about your hair. I'll definitely be making this my hair salon of choice and look forward to more visits in the future.
Kenya is very professional , knowledgeable, and take care the client 100%. Today I received a relaxer , wash, blowout and flat iron. I love how my hair looks and feels. This is my first time coming to different by designs hair salon . I love the setup at the shop and how they coordinate as a team. I had a wonderful experience here. Very clean and the music is a great selection. The salon is definitely different but in a positive way. I will be back soon. Thank you !!!
I love Different By Design Hair Salon and my hairstylist/owner LaMonica. The location is perfect and the prices are truly reasonable. All the staff are helpful and nice. I love that everyone is willing to help and learn from each other. The salon is always clean and the stylists go the extra mile to make each client happy. I absolutely love it. Been going there for a few years now and I wouldn't change it ever!!! I love my feathered blow outs and the products they use are great.
I am new to the Charlotte area and was in desperate need of locating a professional hairstylist. I was able to book an appointment at Different by Design and Keisha was my stylist. My hair is natural and I received color, a cut and blow out. I love my hair! It looks healthy and full and is very soft to the touch. Keisha did and AWESOME job. She was very professional and informed me of what she was doing throughout the process. I knew that my hair was looking good when my 14 year old son complimented me on my new style when I arrived home, lol. I will definitely be booking my next appointment with Keisha.
Love this place. First salon in Charlotte I've visited and I will definitely be coming back again! From the moment I made my appointment until we were finished Keisha was amazing and very professional through the entire process and didn't treat my daughter or I like a sale. She has a wonderful human connection and is sweet. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking to get their hair done
