A newly graduated stylist was just suppose to wash, blow dry and straighten my hair and trim my split ends but she had no idea what she was doing and ended up giving me a horrible hair cut and my hair looked horrible. Her manager invited me back and fixed what she had done no cost. I had to end up getting layers too correct what the new stylist had done. Worst salon experience ever but i did appreciate the manager for fixing my hair.
I have been going there ever since my stylist moved there and became manager. I love the service. Sharree always does my hair. She informs me when I need a cut and color. The best color ever. Lameesha has done my hair in SHAREE's absence, and did it well. ..it's always better to make an appointment. I also love the products they use.
Sharee is amazing!! Not only is she a great stylist, she takes time to get to know her customers and is so kind. I would highly recommend going to this salon. I got a great cut and color!!
Got Haircut and style. Great Service, Excellent Job Caitlyn, I know it wasn't easy because I have extremely curly hair but you outdid yourself. Extremely Satisfied. Will definitely return.
We made the mistake of taking the whole family here (minus my husband, who was smart enough to refuse), and we have never before had such a disastrous set of haircuts. My 5-year-old son's style now looks like it belongs on an 80's high school girl. They cut my daughter's and my hair like a child learning to use scissors. I can repair the damage done to hers, but there's nothing left to work with on mine, since they cut it all off when I brought in long curly hair for a minor trim (I couldn't see what they were doing in the back until it was too late).
