Dr. Chad is great!! He's very informative, cool, and honest. What I like most is that with each visit, he has a new information and techniques for me to help with my back, knee and shoulder. It's never an overload of stuff to try and process all at once. Waited since 2013 to properly be seen by a chiropractor, that wasn't part of the VA system, where they just did x-rays and said nothing was wrong. It's better to be seen outside the system. See Doctor Chad! The front office staff are amazing too! I love those ladies! And if I miss my appointment, like ten mins over my scheduled time, they're immediately calling me up to see if I can still make it same day. They'll stay on your ass, believe me.

I had never visited a chiropractor before seeing Dr. Bill two years ago based on a recommendation from a friend, and the experience has been transformative. Dr. Bill does a great job of explaining his diagnosis, and only giving exactly the amount of treatment that I need. He is ALWAYS on schedule, and expects the same of his patients. Today, I was in and out in 15 minutes, and feeling much better. I will be a loyal customer as long as I live in the Charlotte metro area.
