I just want to thank Dr. Aaron Ernst for changing my life! He has helped me turn my diabetes around (7.1-5.4) in a little over two months. Blood pressure has also decreased. Now I am taking less medications for both issues. I have a lot of energy and don't need naps anymore. I will NEVER go back to the way I was eating. Along with getting healthier, I have lost about 35 pounds. I would highly recommend this godly, kind man if you have any health issues. He gives more than 100% to his patients and always has time for questions. His staff is also supportive and encouraging. This is an amazing healing program. I have been coming for over a year and half. I have lost weight and my lower back issues are gone.
