They will bang with bills for a simple checkup . It happened twice . Firstly, My fiancé had bleeding from navel and he was having pain so we went to urgent care since the family doctor appointment was two weeks away. And the doctor just checked with light and confirmed that it was due scratches even though we have good coverage insurance they sent 110$ bill for nothing no tests even .
Unfortunately my daughter had a visit on Christmas Day. I know that the staff hate to be working. But if you have holiday hours, you still have to be nice. While sitting in the lobby, I observed the front desk person show an angry attitude and was very rude to a patient that walked in. I was so embarrassed for her because it was cruel. It was very unfair for her to take it out on patients who are customers too.

Great experience here, even though I was not feeling too great. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and a kind face. The receptionist walked me through all the paperwork and was kind to me while explaining it. The PA I saw was absolutely fantastic. She was thorough, and tried to make you comfortable. She did not rush me, but instead took her time. Honestly, every Urgent Care I've been to is great and they are much faster than other doctor offices.
I highly recommend this location.
Last year for flu I visited urgent care around park road and all I paid is 20$ . I pay 250$ just for myself for my Bcbs insurance (for people to understand that even with good coverage this place still charges regardless)
This made my visit fast and efficient.
Great service right when I walked in the door. I was in and out in 45 min I’ve never been at any health care with fast service as this one. The front desk ,nurse and Doc genuinely cared about my concern and seemed to be happy at work and that’s rare. They also called me a couple days later to see how I was feeling. Thank you for your services

Secondly, when I had fever for days visited this center for flu shot and checkup, they sent 200$ bill. Seriously they are just looting people’s money like anything. I do not recommend this place at all.
