Very good food, but becoming a slow establishment to order from. Very slow service even when there is hardly anyone inside ordering. One worker always has her cell phone out at the register. Saturday, I called in my order for the first time in hopes that it would speed up the process and spoke with a female (did not get her name). Twenty-five min later, I arrive and inform the one guy who I always see working that I had an order to pick up that I phoned in. He apologized and said that the order wasn't prepared. I told him I spoke to one of the two females on the phone and the order was taken. No discount was offered. I guess good help is hard to find.
Save yourself the time and go to the one in Harrisburg, it's an extra 10 minute drive but at least it won't suck.

By far the WORST I've been to so far. All 4 workers were on their phones when I walked in, not even trying to hide it. Half of the sodas were out of syrup. My sandwich is so soggy it's falling apart at the touch. The entirety of the aluminum foil that wrapped my sandwich was SOAKED. Nasty. They didn't even try to squeeze out some of the grease before throwing it on my sandwich. The entire bottom of the bun is soggy all the way through, and all of its contents immediately fell out of the sandwich when I simply picked it up.
This particular location is top notch. They lost my advance order ticket so they tried to remember my order. Unfortunately they got it wrong but to make up for it, they gave me the wrong order plus the correct order plus a card for a free sandwich. I didn't even ask for all that. Talk about amazing customer service! :D Thanks again guys!
