Where to start, taco Bell or Moe's would have been better. We came here because it is my birthday. The food items on the menu don't remotely resemble Mexican food. The waitress Waited an hour before taking our order, and we didn't get a refill until we got ready to leave. The food description on the menu does not truly define how the food is made. The food was not good at all. We asked for the manager, and he did nothing. He promised us things we never got like sour cream instead of sour cream Sauce! I showed him a coupon I received for my birthday and he has the audacity to say did I register there or before I came. At this point it didn't matter. My friend got the burrito and ended up getting sick while at the restaurant. Before we left it took the waitress forever to get the payment until we just went to the hostess and gave it to her. She knew we weren't happy and she said she would get her manager. He came and not once spoke to us, apologized, or discounted our food for the trouble. We regretted coming here...
I love this location, out waitress Shantell is wonderful. We haven't been out in a long time and she made this night great, she is very sweet and attentive. If you come in get in her section! The restaurant is clean and calming. Good music, food was fantastic. I had the chicken fajita salad... Great pricing also, so if you want a good night out but nothing to crazy this is a great place.
Update: As we were leaving our server said "they" told him it was only grains. I've never seen such grains before.
Update: I ended up getting sick as well after I left the restaurant. There is no solution for getting food poison, no need to contact I don't even live in this state. Just want to ensure people who read this review are warned ⚠
Mediorce service. 1 cook on duty for endless enchiladas. Food wasn't good!! It was like slop. Our waiter kept going outside to smoke. Had 2 wait way too long to have our water glasses filled. The restaurant had no Peppers that night no syrup for the flavored tea and they ran out of black beans. We also had to wait about 30 minutes for a reorder of 2 enchiladas. The manager never came over and apologize for the lack of professionalism or the long wait time. Oh by the way they were not busy there were literally 11 set of customers in the whole restaurant!!!
Thank you for all that you do, and you are appreciated!
Our server, Thomas, was extremely polite, unfortunately I ordered the fish tacos and found mold on all 3. I told Thomas. I was surprised we received no apology or manager came out to address the issue. It's currently not busy so not too sure what happened. It was taken off the bill, but my husband and I lost our appetite after. We politely just asked for the check.
We like it. It's a nice place to get some mexican food next to the mall. We have been many times and the staff is always nice.
