Very interesting park. The kids had a blast roller skating around the very big park. Lots of things to do here.
Great, well maintained softball fields. And a nice pavilion for staying out of the sun while having a BBQ.
Love all the wonderful updates to Hornets Nest Park! There is a new Pavilion, a new Panthers exercise course, disk golf, dirt bike course, new play ground for the kiddies, new fountains in the lake area, an island picnic area....fantastic! My Mother (Louvenia Jones) retired from Park & Recreation....she would have been very proud of Hornets Nest Park, the Greenways....Charlotte, a beautiful city!
The newly redesigned Disc Golf park on this property has been a welcome addition to the locals. The Carolina Clash held here brought 200+ golfers from several surrounding states. It will continue to grow year after year. Family friendly park with so much to offer for all ages!
