Very nice family atmosphere. The splash pad is refreshing on a hot day. There are ample picnic tables and grills. Lovely neighborhood with plenty of shade. Restrooms as well as a shelter.
Cool basketball court to play on. If only there were lights to play after work.
Bathrooms! Great splash area for kids. Playground. Hornets recently remodeled basketball court area so it is legitimately nice to play on. Great shade on walking trails. On the medium size park scale but we love it!
Very nice basketball court, by the hornets. The playground is good with a sprayground area for the little ones. I definitely love the big trees along the walkway at the back of the park.
Every time I go to this park, there are always people having fun. They could be playing on the Hornets basketball court, having a cookout, utilizing the playground, or walking around. What's really cool about Latta Park, is that it has a hiking vibe to it without having to leave the city. This is true especially in the fall with all of the foliage!
