Great public park. Tennis, volleyball, trail riding and Disc Golf
First time hitting the trails in a number of years on my new Trek Marlin bike and it handled well. Courses provide a lot of fun for being inside the city. Lots of gullies and a few small jumps, perfect for a novice-intermediate looking for a fun, close ride. There's 2 main trails areas with a few split offs and a short track which I rode three times because it was a good time.
Tennis courts and volleyball pits are well maintained. There are about 6miles of mountain biking trails. There are some baseball fields and soccer fields that look like they aren't maintained at all. The soccer fields are open to use and the baseball fields are locked behind a gate.
Only use this Park for the trails w dogs. About half the time, I run into off leash dogs which is annoying (and unlawful). But the park is generally quiet & clean during weekdays.
Awesome spot. Great running, riding, disc golf, volleyball, tennis. Plenty of field space for really anything.
