Have always had a positive experience here but I was very seriously put off after heading back from the Thanksgiving holiday. The bus pulls around to drop off another passenger but his car isn't there where he parked it. The driver gets on the radio to ask where the car is (first uncomfortable moment). Then she explained they towed his car during the holiday rush (second uncomfortable moment). The man seems pretty surprised, even shocked, and I would have been, too. Then the driver immediately goes, "Don't worry, we didn't charge you anything extra for it." For real?? I would not be happy about that happening to my car and the response from their staff was a little... Inappropriate, I think.
Very easy and convenient! Park and Go will pick you up right at your car, get your luggage from your car and load it on the shuttle. They do the same when you return and even offer you a bottle of water upon checkout.
My husband and I loved Park N Go until I left my 2012 Cruze in their valet care overnight in June'17. When I picked up my car the following night the Clutch reeked of being severely burned, had trouble engaging and slipped out of gear multiple times on the highway. I had to have the clutch replaced the next day and it had functioned perfectly prior to my leaving it in their care. It was clear Park N Go allowed someone to drive my car who did not know how to drive stick shift and who had severely abused the clutch to the point of needing to be replaced. After many months of following up with their insurance company Selective, I was told in late October that my clutch burned up prematurely but had nothing to do with Park N Go. From my experience, this is not a company that stands by their customers or can be trusted with your car.
I left on my trip last Thursday and just came back last night. This was my first time using shuttle service at the airport and I must say it was excellent service! From The Helpful phone Representatives to the on time drivers getting me to and from the airport. This was the utmost great customer service I was very impressed! I thought that I would be waiting at my car for a while once I arrived it was not even a minute before the shuttle pulled up leaving the airport I also thought I will be waiting coming back and the drivers are pretty much around the clock. I was also traveling by myself. Great company! I Highly recommend!
Used this place during the Christmas rush (Christmas Eve) when everywhere else was full and they had plenty of space available. Prices were extremely reasonable. As long as you submitted a request online before arriving at the gate (i just pulled into the parking lot of the hotel across the street and did it on my phone) then you were all set. You put your car in a line of other cars and you hand over your key. They park the car for you. The employees unloaded my bags and put them on the waiting shuttle bus for me. They give you a tag that you'll hand over to the driver once you arrive back. They have a system that pinpoints the location of your car in the lot and they drive you right up to it. They'll even unload your luggage and put it in your car if you ask. Just be sure to tip the drivers in both directions. Very good service and well run as opposed to the general chaos that was happening in and around the airport that day.
