I returned in pain and told my story. The under trained girl at the front desk refused to help unless I paid $150 more for another visit (she didnt care about me}!!
talk about taking advantage of your customers. loosers!

Concentra is a very clean facility with friendly staff. I went on a Tuesday morning right when they opened and didn’t have to wait too long to be seen by a nurse. Dr. Elsey was very friendly and accurately diagnosed me. Although I was feeling much better, I had a new symptom a few days later. When I returned first thing in the morning again, I had the same positive experience and interactions. Since my symptom was related to my previous visit, Dr. Elsey was kind enough to waive additional charges. I will definitely be coming back here for any future medical concerns.
Great Doctor and Great Staff. Very pleased with attention and treatment during my office visit.
The staff was terrific, and my doctor could not have been kinder and did a wonderful job of easing my anxiety about an unexpected outbreak of shingles despite having had the vaccination.

Do NOT shop with Concentra!.. I visited the Charlotte office and I paid $150 for a visit and NEVER saw a doctor. The nice assistant prescribed 15 pills, 3 a day for 5 days no refills. This was not enough as I had been to the same location for the same problem and was prescribed 45 pills.
