A delivery person stole property from an uptown building. After multiple calls, promised action or response, none taken. On August 19, 2017 the Charlotte Observer delivery person entered a condo building to deliver the paper. At 7:13 he is seen ON SECURITY FOOTAGE stealing property from the lobby. I have called the Observer on multiple occasions, speaking with multiple agents (Tine and Bella), leaving messages for "distribution managers", with no response. Customer Service can not tell you who they are supposedly contacting. Understandably, the residents of this building want to know this person will be removed from the property, and who the replacement will be. Charlotte Observer customer service takes no responsibility for the contractors/employees they assign to deliver.
