Fantastic. Clean, easy to get to and park at. Seating is great. Ushers friendly and helpful. High fives given to everyone. Do expect to have bags searched but not intensively. Only negative are the prices. Get hydrated and eat before or it'll cost you.
I love this arena. Actually the Hornets offer impeccable service. Fantastic place to experience an NBA game. They have always been top notch. Even if you are not a basketball fan you will enjoy the experience. My only hang-up is the price. With ticket prices the way they are, I can only afford to go a couple times per year. But when we can go we will, because the Hornets staff is incredible.
Wow. What an absolutely amazing staff at the Spectrum Center! Every individual, from security to food service, was friendly, knowledgeable, and engaged! We went to see Fall Out Boy, there was a large crowd, but a lady in the front took time to answer questions and direct us to food service with veggie burgers for the vegetarian with us. I was pleasantly impressed. The nicest arena staff I have ever encountered. Very well done!! The facilities are lovely, but the staff are stars!!
Awesome venue. Staff is great. Everyone is cheerful and helps you find your way to your seat. There is a great selection of vendors with good food and beverages of all types available. I feel safe attending events in this location. They are always displaying the info on what to do if there is a problem. I never felt as tho I needed to use them. I will return to the venue for future events often. I enjoyed my visit.
This place was awesome. We sat in the box seats and it was one of my favorite experiences at a sporting event. I love the giant screens above the court, I love the fact that we're the Hornets again. The environment was really good, for awhile, but then we got blown out. Still, fun to see some good dunks and Toronto at least make some good shots. Hopefully the Hornets can get some good players soon and turn our club around.
