I just want to know why in the world would you let an inmate out several times, that has committed the same crimes over and over and you let him out again with a monitor, did you actually think he would obey the law this time, really it's the state's fault, and now asking people to help find him, wanting citizens to put their lives maybe in danger, because you don't want to keep him locked up, he has shown on more than one occasion that he is a criminal and can't be trusted but you continually release him into the public, what is wrong with this system, I would like to know, does he have to kill and innocent person before you will get him off the street
One thing I would like to say is that some officers don't listen to what you have to say because one day I had evidence and they would just ignore me and say just don't say anything don't be rude and have a nice day.
