The whole lot of you are a joke! I was arrested for simply walking to a bus stop because somebody had broken into a car in the area. Was searched twice and let go, only to be stopped 2 weeks later and arrested for breaking into a car. 28 days in jail, discovery of evidence comes in with the video of the crime, and my charges were dismissed. Lazy, shoddy job by these clowns. Maybe you all need to wear red noses! I wish I could give negative stars.
30 years old and a Charlotte native here. Never once had a problem with the police here and they've helped me out of difficult situations. Which is rare considering the past 30 years I have had a lot issues with a lot of other things in this growing city full of these awful transplants.
The officers are a credit to the community they do an outstanding job. They listened to the complaint and are very fair and just. I want to thank the two officers that came out this morning to my house, I appreciate everything they did. I just wished I'd gotten their names

Proud wife of a CMPD officer. This is a tough time to be an officer but the men and women in blue put their uniforms on every single day and go out there to make our city safe. God bless and keep them safe.
