Beautiful place.. awesome atmosphere.. especially now around Christmas time.. beautiful decorations and cheery people everywhere.. great stores, great dining hall and fancy restaurants, great place for fun and spending time with family, or friends, or even by yourself.. might be the best mall in Charlotte yet..
There are lots of seats throughout the mall. Really great to sit down and relax.
Parking is easy and available, though may poor a problem during holiday season. All of the mall is quite clean and have no problems. Food selection and food court areas are also great. There are wide selection of food, but most are your fast-food tiers, but they have wide choices of that. Seating for food court is also good.
Great mall that is located on Charlotte. The selection of store is quite great, as they have good mix of higher class brand with lower class and cheaper brand. The ambience of the mall is great, as the mall have wide hallways so people are not packed in even on holiday times.
Overall nice place. The mall had a reasonable amount of stores, but nothing to get excited about. Had the hardest time trying to find a public bathroom because it was either accross the other side of the mall or had none close by. The mall was very nice and quaint I loved how it wasn't as busy -I went on a Tuesday - I would recommend this place for anybody who just wants to look around and enjoy the day. The neighborhood was lovely and I loved being able to look at the decorations the houses had.
I really love shopping here. Security is definitely enforced like it should be but usually isn't needed thank God. I hope the security stays doing the good work! It's also the closest mall with all the great teen-young adult stores that I love. I could spend half a day in this mall & not just because I like to shop but because it has everything I could want/need. It's also very clean & kept up well
Parking isn't too bad, lots of popular stores. The location is nice, mall is clean, and easy to navigate. Biggest problems are that people in the kiosks bother you when you walk through the mall pretty consistently, mall is also pretty heavily perfumed/scented. Additionally, this mall is also known to stay open on Thanksgiving which keeps their employees away from their families.
