This place is a 5 star place for sure! The customer service I recieved from the office staff was way more than above and beyond. I had a lot of questions that Destiny spent time with me and answered everyone! She made me feel like I was a friend more than a customer.. Her customer service was above and beyond .. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me figure out everything as far as what size unit I would need. The place was so clean and we'll kept. 5 star all the way.
This review is super late, like MONTHS late, but I am a woman of my word so here goes it... Halliean was VERY helpful and knew her stuff. I was impressed by how thorough my visit and set up was without spending too much time there and not feeling confused or rushed. I'm big on customer service, and have always had great experiences with Public Storage. Employees like Halliean really do keep customers happy and willing to refer.
Wonderful customer service from Ms. Destiny! Nice clean facility. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely will be using them again for my storage needs.
Janae and Destiny were GREAT! They really had my back during this stressful time. Moving is always a pain but not with these two! They were extremely welcoming and funny! I highly recommend them if you ever need a space. This is my number one spot. Always will be.
