I felt compelled to write a review due to my dissatisfying experience with Welcome Aboard - which I've used 2X in the past 3 years(Amy Lutz was the BEST!). It's been going on 2 weeks and I've sent 3 emails and called twice regarding booking for a girls trip and have yet to receive a response back. I find it extremely unprofessional to have calls and emails go unnoticed. Please do better in the future. Thank you!
