Crystal and Hanley taxes has been my taxes for a couple of years now. She was referred from a friend who said she did a wonderful job for her. We agree and are very pleased with her services. She is always professional, prompt, and ethical. We will continue to use her for our taxes. She found us a refund this year when we thought we would owe.
I can't say enough about my experience with Hanley Tax & Business Services. From their knowledgeable staff to their customer service, this is a firm that focuses on quality. They advertise as being a one-stop shop and that is indeed the case. I've had them work on my bookkeeping, payroll and taxes. They even offer IT services which came in extremely handy when my laptop got seized by viruses.
Crystal Hanley and her staff are always a pleasure with which to work. They are significantly better than the large national chain with which I used to deal. I won't mention names but the national guys never seem to give you personalized service and often times stick you with the folks who do the job part-time (seasonally) and have limited experience. I want to make sure that my taxes (or bookkeeping) is being handled by a professional who will work to honestly save as much of my money as possible from being gobbled up by the government.
