I got caught up in the automated mess and didn't think I would ever get to speak to someone! why can't we just push 0 for a PERSON?!
Just give me 1 day as an undercover Boss and ill clean that office out within 30 minutes or less. Then they can head over to walmart for employment thats were they belong. The other 1 % are very good employees.
I have usually had terrible experiences with the IRS customer contact folks but Ms. Marva Adams at the Charlotte location was wonderful. She is an example of what all customer facing employed folks should be. She was detailed , helpful and extremely professional. Show them how to do it Ms. Adams!!!!!
I had a terrible experience;the representative was so by the book,she couldn't even be kind,she was not willing to work with me and started to be argumentive me,just rude.
I called for clarification about my existing acct and Debra (I think) helped me and did an awesome job! Friendly, patient and informative. I was very happy with the help I received!
Very unprofessional people there! Uneducated and just plain dumb! Cannot speak clear english, appears that 99% of them have high school education. That equates to ignorance and stupidity. Lack of social skills. I would fire 99% percent of them.
