I called Carolina Premier Bank and asked Lauren about CD rates. She was actually quite helpful and informative.
Do not deal with Lauren or Craig. Lauren is useless. I had fraud on my debit card so they locked my debit card. Lauren had an attitude n said I will get my card next week but I got nothing. I told her I need cash and she said you will not get cash wait for your debit. She is the worst. Now I called the bank, sent her email but she doesn't answer. I am going through Hunter so let's see how that goes. Stay away from Lauren
Absolutely WORST experience I have ever had with a Financial institution.
Zero communication during a loan process unless you called repeatedly. Non response to emails is the norm. Unprofessionalism, aloofness, total lack of concern for your needs and a basic “I don’t care attitude” are the hallmarks of this Bank that is just taking up valuable real estate that could be otherwise occupied by an organization that actually cares about the customer.
