the worst bank in the world, so many hidden fees, their website doesn't even work. this place is literally last resort
I have been going there for years. I think the Manager there is GREAT. He always makes sure when he is there all is going well regarding the service the staff provices. He is very helpful and pleasant.
Just went to the bank to cash a check that I hold a joint account with my husband that we opened 6 years ago together( married for 8 years). Bank informed me that even though they direct deposit my payroll check with a different last name they couldn't do the one I had in person. I was told I could be a different person........it was for my protection to bring in my marriage license. So i went to my second bank.....Bank of America(2 mins away in the parking lot of publix) and cashed that same check......funny thing is my husband is not on that account with my new last name. Moral of this story is they are the reason I have two accounts....
Well I have been banking with this Bank for 10 years now and just recently I am very disappointed with the service that I received. My debit card was recently compromised and it is taking wayyyyyyyy to long to get a replacement. Personally i did not want the new instant card but preferred the normal card. I didn't mind waiting the 5-7 days for receiving the card and 3 days for getting the pin. I didn't realize that i would have to jump through sooo many hurdles to get a simple ATM card. This experience has really opened my eyes and I will be in the process of shopping for a new bank. A customer of 10 years should not have to go through so many hoops for a simple and easy request!!!! Thank you Woodforest BANK!! You have disappointed me big time !!!!
