I like Autobell. I typically visit early on the weekends or after work to avoid primetime on the weekends when It's crowded. If you are unsatisfied with the car wash results, talk with the manager and more than likely they will put your vehicle back through the car wash. I have always been pleased with their service.
I asked for their best package, I pointed out the things that needed the most attention. $40 and a $10 tip later I had to have them re-vacuum the interior, because there was still sand everywhere. It didn't look like they had vacuumed the mats at all. I didn't think to check the outside of the car but when I got home about a mile down the road and I got out the entire front of my car was still covered in dirt and dead bugs. I wish I knew how to attach pictures to this review. Waste of money.
I was a little disappointed in the service today. I had to keep telling the guy who was cleaning my truck how to do his job. The doors were dirty and the door handles were too. It was dirty under the seat in the back where it was not vacuumed properly. The front bumper is dirty and wasn’t cleaned either. I believe Auto Bell could have done a better job.
For $18 bucks, this place surely does not do their job. I watched the crew wipe the same spot on the outside of the car for 8 minutes. Paid for inside and outside. Gear shift not even wiped down. Floor under seats not vaccumed. Can visibly still see every crumb.The fact that I had to tell them that was sad. I didn't have time to sit for another 10 minutes so I ended up cleaning it myself. Save yourself the money and clean your vehicle yourself. I have been here a few times before and have hoped for improvements, but this will be my last visit. The young crew needs properly trained.
Unbeatable deal for the $4 ride through. Every time I go there, this place is operating like a well oiled machine. The staff is eager to assist and always friendly. They always do a great job on my car and I always leave satisfied.
