I am German and want my car clean since I often take customers with me.
We found much better service and wash results across the street at AutoBell and have since had to contact an attorney to work on getting this matter resolved. Definitely would NOT recommend!!
My car always looks great. Vacuums actually work well.
With the unlimited car wash I can go as often as i want and my GTI looks always clean... the way I like it !!
Damaged our new vehicle and they refuse to take responsibility and resolve the issue,rude and extremely unprofessional owner Lance and his management team! I would have to agree with the BBB on the F rating.
1. On the weekends when I have time they get so busy that it can take 30-60 min
I have unlimited car wash (believe $ 37/month) with Greenway Express since about 18 months and love it. They are all very nice and friendly and take good care of my car. The vacuums are strong and my car is clean. I have a roll of Bounty in my car and within 5 min I have vacuumed and wiped my inside/outside and if I run out of paper towels --- they give me enough to finish the job.
I just went through the car wash and my car was still filthy. I went in to ask to run my car through the wash again and the guy told me because I only bought the $11 wash there was nothing he could do. He just needed to brush off the front of my car but was too lazy to do it. This place used to have better service. I will not return to this car wash. Better options out there.
2. They very often rush and don't do it right unless you show them very good tip upfront which gets you easily to $25-30
The places (one across the street) where you get the inside/outside have 2 problems
Very friendly customer service. The property itself is very immaculate...no litter or debris all over and trash cans aren't overflowing. This is a tunnel car wash and you do get what you pay for. If your car is nasty-dirty then the cheapest wash isn't what you need. They offer memberships for discounted washes. Vacuums work really good. Everything is kept up well.
Once a month I do my windows by myself and not only will I leave after 30 min ... I know the job is done right !!
I will stay with them ... because I like a clean car !!
