very bad delivery system. am going to have to fight hard for a refund on my purchase that was not delivered as promised.
I will say that when I first visited the store, I was very impressed. I found a sofa chaise for an amazing price and the service I received was great. However, the sofa chaise would not fit into my apartment and it had to be returned.
Don't buy anything from this company they are very unprofessionals and if there is any problems with your product they Wont help you at all. Supervisors from corporate are jerks and unfortunately also their product and assemble team sucks. Don't waste your money this company has a 2 star ⭐️ for a reason...

I ended up purchasing a sofa and chair that I knew would fit into my new place. I worked with a woman who told me that the couch was available but that the chair was out of stock and would have to be delivered a week later than the chair. I was fine with that; I would at least have a couch to sit on. When I realized that I didn't receive the delivery confirmation phone call, I called over to the store only for them to tell me that they actually CAN'T do separate deliveries and that all my furniture will arrive a week from now. If that was their policy then that should have been communicated to me! They said their hands were tied and now I get to spend a week in my new apartment without any living room furniture. This is such an inconvenience and they refused to do anything about it! Ashley Furniture has definitely lost a customer!

I purchased a sofa/loveseat from this store. I had 24 hours to identify any issues with the product, which I had. The loveseat has many scratches. Also, we received a different model sofa. When I tried to explain the issues at the store, they really didn't care. And they said the sales are final. I had no idea that the sales were final. They also suggested that if I don't like my sofa and loveseat, I can sell online. What a wonderful suggestion and customer care. They are CHEATERS. While purchasing, we specifically pointed out at a loveseat model that we want but we wanted a new one and now they are saying that that sales are final.
