Absolutely terrible! First, we were rushed into purchasing a couch and Were not told that our purchases did not include the coffee table that was there with it. We came back the next day to pick up our couches and they would not help us with anything. My husband and I had to load a large sectional up by ourselves while the employees stood around and talked to each other not offering at all to help. Then the manager was extremely rude and talked down to me and everyone else. I will never go back and I will make sure I tell all my friends about the poor service we received!
Had a great experience in this store. Very professional and informed customer service. Purchased a beautiful set and cannot wait to get my furniture! Their new GM is great, happy to help and very professional. Make sure you ask for Travis!
The customer service given to us by Twila was great. She walked us around to every couch she thought fit our needs and knows her stuff! She knew exactly what we said we wanted and tried to accommodate us in every way possible. It’s a breath of fresh air to see employees love what they do and be as helpful as she was with us.
I wish there was a way to give them a zero star because that's what they deserve. The worst customer service ever. They were very nice while they wanted to make a sale but then we started receiving defective pieces multiple times, they don't care to respond back nor take care of it. Please please please don't waste your time and money at this place. Chris the agent and the supervisor Steve (I think that's his name) were horrible !!!
This has been the worst furniture experience in my life! I ordered my furniture on Nov. 23, which was scheduled for Dec. 16, a 3 week difference. My delivery had a window of 10:30-1:30. I called Ashleys at 10am and again at 1:30, because anything after 1:30 is outside of my window. I stayed at home ALL day. I called again and a gentleman told me that they were running behind schedule and they would arrive to my apartment in 45 minutes. I gave him my number to make aure everything was correct. 3:30 rolled around and I noticed that I've wasted my WHOLE day. I called Ashleys again and this time, they update me stating that the delivery guy has been to my apartment already, called and waited 20 minutes. At this point, I'm confused and disappointed in the lie. They inform me that the delivery guy tried to call and he was unable to contact me because he "had the wrong number". This just doesn't make any sense considering I've been home all day. I asked the young lady if they could come out again and this time I will stand outside to make sure they're able to find the apartment. She then insisted that there aas nothing that they could do. I then spoke with a manager that could only applogize and not help me in my situation. He insisted that he spoke with a manager at the warehouse and there was nothing they could do. Honestly, if I was not at home all day I would know this was my mistake. I missed out my Christmas shopping for the day. I needed my furniture to entertain my family visiting me for the holidays. I'm irrate to say the least. I've been inconvenienced from the time I was told my delivery would take 3 weeks. The only suggestion now is for me to reschedule. I would rather decline the delivery all together and get my money back. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
