When you have a disability like mine I felt like I had won the lottery. Lazboy has NO idea what they did forme that's NUMBER 1 to me and NUMBER 2 I will have a absolutely beautiful room I will enjoy for years to come.

My Lazboy experience today was one of the most enjoyable I have ever had choosing a new piece of furniture. A design consultant greeted me at the door and proceeded to lead me to the chair department.

It was a most satisfying experience and I was thankful she was so professional and helpful without any pressure to buy. The remainder of the transaction was just math, which was also handled with efficiency and courtesy. I had a very pleasant shopping experience.
God Bless Shirley and Erica I will be a Lazboy customer for EVER!! Thanks to both of them being so understanding of my disabilities I will never forget them and will always be remembered in my prayers.
When I entered the store Steven greeted me, so that I did not have to hunt down a salesperson! And the sales experience was very low key and no pressure, which if it was the other way I would have probably left. Had showed me several different models and really knew his product line and how to close the sales process. He was knowledgeable about the delivery process, the fabric protection product and just generally was very well informed about his products! Which is hard to find these days. Overall, Steven made the purchasing of a Lazy Boy product very enjoyable and for that reason, I will be back! He is an important and valuable asset, who should be treated as such!

I called the store and I got an ANGEL Shirley at the Northlake store took my disabilities NUMBER 1. She was very concerned about my health not the sales. That is like finding a diamond in the ruff. I was immediately new she was a prayer answered. The first thing she offered to come in early before the store opened so I would feel safe and secure a conformable experience. NO one has ever been so understanding and more importantly to make sure I felt safe.
Great store and products. What has led us to make two significant total makeover purchases is not only the quality of the products and informative salesperson (Ruth) but more importantly having access to the professional service of Erika Depart, the interior designer at this location. Our first purchase, over a year ago, was the complete redo of our living room. Erika worked with us by presenting several options that fit the room, our taste and budget. We could not have been happier! Most recently, we went back for more Erika magic in turning a bedroom into an office and a bonus room into a much more relaxing room with great seating options, side tables and a cohesive look. Once again, Erika hit it out of the park!

Bought a power recliner here 10 months ago for upcoming surgery. It's still under 5 year warranty and the motor stopped working for the foot lift. Called the 800 warranty number, they said to bring it back to the store which we can't. Called store and they charged our credit card $174 yesterday for labor but they haven't done anything yet but tell us they have to charge up front to order a new motor. But what about the warranty??? Oh there isn't one, only a year, (which it still would be!) um I'm reading it, right here-5 year Power Protection Plan 12/16/2016.
I take my time making decisions on a purchase because I like to compare all available products and consider my options. This might take a little more time, but my salesperson was very patient and thorough by answering my questions, all the while reading my body language. When it came time to commit to a recliner, her expertise confirmed my final choice. She knew as well as I which recliner it would be. The quality and comfort of the chair sold itself; however, her knowledge of her product and her ability to convey that to a customer was a contributing factor to the sale.
If Lazboy had all employees like Shirley the factories would be running 24 7. No has ever been more concerned about me and GOOD LORD coming in early plus letting me have the entire store to myself. Helping make sure I got the furniture i had in mind and she put it together over my expectations.
