Worst customer service ever! Poorly staffed at all times. Manager is racist. No one wants to hear a store employee list excuses for their failure to do their job. The truth is a customer wants their goods and services, not your excuses as to why they can't have their goods or services.
A nice, well staffed, and clean location. The staff is very helpful and the store is always well stocked. They also are the closest grocery store that accepts my Plenti card.
Always a good place to shop. Also it's one of the few BI-LO's around Charlotte. I store is always been clean and well organized. The lighting is not as bright as Publix or Harris Teeter but still good. They have a good variety of items with the prices very reasonable.

Employees are not friendly. The ladies in the delies hot bar don't acknowledged you when you are standing there. They just stair at you & continue doing what they were doing. I had to say excuse me x3 & ask them for service! There are 2 nice deli ladies, one black middle age lady & 1 Philippino lady but they weren't there.
