The first time I called was a wonderful experience. I loved the honesty and professionalism. When I arrived Ms. Lei was extrodanary with consulting with this head of mine and getting back the healthiness in my hair ever since then I have been showing up every 2weeks and I have had a bomb hairstyle and stylist ever since. The only con was finding the place, lol. I liked it because they got me in on short notice and scheduling a appointment was easy to do online. I also loved the products they used on my locks. My stylist name is Monica. As soon as I walked I was greeted and she started on me right away. Whenever I’m in the Charlotte area again I will definitely give them a call again.
Lei did an awesome job coloring my hair! I got my fall color ready to go. She made sure I understood the steps in the process and made color recommendations as well. I am very pleased with my color and style. I also purchased natural hair products at a very reasonable price to help me maintain my hair a Collie, moisture and shine.
Everyone is friendly and nice. They know what they are talking about. They use all natural products and really care about your hair. They all do such amazing job. I really like this shop and will to continue to come. My stylist Ariel does such a great job on my hair. She never disappoint me.
