Great selection and sales. Employees are sometimes helpful sometimes not. I feel that sometimes their stock is old... otherwise pleased.
I don’t know why I even tried giving them a second chance. Earlier this evening I stood in line behind one other customer as four Ulta employees stood behind the counter doing “other things” and completely ignoring the line of customers in front of them for at least five minutes. I placed my items down and walked out. It really irks me to be ignored when I’m trying to buy something. Online forever!!!
I found what i needed and the lady at the register was helpful. Just didn’t receive any help from any of he employees while walking around for the fifteen minutes that i was there.
Great shop with fabulous selection of both mass market and prestige beauty brands. The beauty advisors are extremely friendly and helpful and the store is well stocked and clean. Love it! Leah and Claudette helped me and are both amazing!
I had a walk in appointment and was told at 3:00 to be there at 3:20 but encountered a lot of after school traffic. I rushed as much as possible and apologized upon arrival but was told "it's now 3:30 and we both have 3:40 appointments." I was visibly upset so they asked "would you like the 4:00 walk-in?" To which I responded that I wished I had known there was a 4:00 when I called because I would never had said I'd get there by 3:20 because I don't like being rushed or late. Then other people came over and started telling me things like "well we don't even really like taking appointments over the phone..." And acting like I was doing everything wrong, teaming up on me. The whole experience was uncomfortable and rude. Will not spend my money here.
