This store should not be allowed to conduct business. I special ordered an 800 series electric range for my wife’s Christmas gift. It was ordered on December 4, 2017 and paid in full. I had an install date of 12/30/17. On the morning of 12/30/17, two delivery drivers showed up and could not get deliver our unit and would have to rent a pick up truck and come back later. I asked why and the driver replied with “obviously this idiot doesn’t know the DOT laws. That’s right, I was called an idiot for asking a question. Needless to say the order was cancelled. They’re horrible and are not allowed back on our property.
I am losing faith in Lowe’s once great customer service. Home Depot was always bad but now it’s like pulling teeth to get anyone to help you with anything at Lowe’s. Night before last one woman was just rude and snappy and the man we asked stared at us and walked off. You better be able to fend for yourself in the home improvement store. Don’t know what they are getting paid for except to stand around and talk to each other.
I found what I wanted quickly and along the way I got 2 other items. Lowe's has so much I want to look at...I can't go often!
Friendly staff, but they often times don't know where items are located. They'll try their best to help you find what you're looking for, but organization is obviously an issue. Locating your item in the store using the online tool rarely matches up with where it actually is.

This Lowe's store is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I have gone there regularly every couple weeks since it's just a few streets away from my home. Never again. Not even worth it! I'll gladly drive 20-30 minutes away to go to a better Lowe's location or The Home Depot instead! Every single time, the employees there prove to be completely useless. Terrible customer service, poor communication skills, no follow through/up, high on drugs, incompetent, lazy, and absolutely no idea about the most basic products within their own departments. The girl in the paint department brought us the wrong product, then the wrong size, then said that she couldn't mix an additive into the paint that the Norhtlake Lowe's did last time. Another time, they wouldn't cut a piece of lumber to the size I needed so I could fit it in my vehicle. Another time, their lawn & garden person couldn't provide basic info about their products and the brick/paver person was useless as well.
